How do I customize my item?
- Upload a clear pet photo.
- Choose a standard template or “Use My Own Design.”
- If using your own design, upload the complete design file.
- Enter your pet’s name and complete checkout.
Please check your template, pet name, and uploaded files before placing the order.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Standard-template orders do not include a proof so they can move into production sooner. We review every uploaded photo and will email you if an issue could affect print quality or production.
For “Use My Own Design” orders, we will email a proof before production. Please reply within 48 hours with “APPROVED” or your requested adjustment. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the proof will be deemed approved and production will begin.
What files should I upload?
Use a clear, well-lit, high-resolution pet photo with the face and main features fully visible. Avoid heavy blur, filters, shadows, obstructions, or screenshot-compressed images.
For your own design, upload a high-resolution JPG, PNG, or WEBP file. Only upload content you created, own, or have permission to use. Do not upload content that infringes another party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Can I request changes to my own design proof?
One free minor adjustment is included, such as position, size, or cropping. Replacing the original design or product template, or requesting a new design, is not included and may cost extra.
Please reply within 48 hours with “APPROVED” or your requested adjustment. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the proof will be deemed approved and production will begin. Once production begins, no further changes or cancellations can be accepted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move into review and production quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you notice an error, email DEARPAW2026@outlook.com immediately with your order number and the correct details.
Once production begins, or an own-design proof is explicitly or automatically approved, the order cannot be changed or cancelled for personal reasons.
How long will my order take?
Standard template: 1–3 business days for review, 5–7 business days for production, and 5–10 business days for shipping.
Use My Own Design: 3–5 business days for proof preparation and approval, 5–7 business days for production after approval, and 5–10 business days for shipping.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Requested proof adjustments may extend the timeline. Tracking details will be emailed after shipment.
Can custom items be returned or refunded?
We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, dislike of the finished item, or customer errors such as an incorrect name, template, photo, or design file.
If your item is incorrect, seriously defective, or damaged in transit, email DEARPAW2026@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we may remake, reship, or refund the order as appropriate.
